What do all these numbers mean? What is "hit"? According to Wikipedia, a "hit" is a request for a file from the server. NOT the number of times a whole page is loaded. It includes all the little things that also load on that page, which could be dozens of photos and other inclusions, therefore giving a misleading number. So above, we show you "number of requests" which is "hits" AND our number of Page Requests. Hugely different number, huh? When companies quote their stats, Make sure you know which number they are using.
