WearHaus and Jeff Evrard Photography are excited to present the sixth issue of their publication, Faction Magazine, at a release party onWednesday, December 15th.  Terrace on Grand, in the Crossroads (1520 Grand Blvd., KCMO, 64108), will host the event from 6pm-9pm.

The party will feature 250 copies of the sixth issue of the magazine, which features designer Anastasia Rendina , as well as back copies of Volumes 1-5, while supplies last.

The celebration will feature live music by The Good Foot, a local shopping market and three fashion shows byConcrete Catwalk and Dizzy Dames; 6:30 ATC Clothing, 7:30 We Are Tribe and 8:30 Donna’s Dress Shop.  This fashionable event will benefit Harvesters through donations, raffles and a food drive.  The release party is open to the public and all ages with a cash bar for 21+. Admittance is $5 and includes Faction Magazine V6!

‘Tis the season for giving!  Faction Magazine is happy to team up with Harvesters in their effort to stop hunger in our community.  Harvesters works toward long-term solutions through nutrition education, hunger awareness and advocacy.  As this area’s only food bank, Harvesters is a clearinghouse for the collection and distribution of food and related household products.

Patrons of the event can help Harvesters by purchasing raffle tickets for local prizes, by simply making a monetary donation or by bringing a canned food item to the event. Please visit www.factionmagazine.harvesters.org for our virtual food drive.

Jennifer Aniston was spotted several times this weekend in Manhattan on her way to the “Wanderlust” set.  Chic and casual seems to be Jen’s way of late and she rocks it every time.

We found a great motorcycle jacket at Macys similar to Jen’s.  Steve Madden faux leather, was $165 now $98.99.

Of course always in style for fall/winter are warm, chic boots.  We Haute gals love a bit of a heel because we’re shorties and look nothing like Aniston 

We love Jennifer’s scarf.  Enough with the black already people.  Gray is the new black, right?  Charcoal is our current haute-fave actually.  And are we crazy or is her hair quite a bit lighter?  And we were just contemplating dark low-lights.  Hmmm….something to think about.

Last week all the talk and twitter was about the release of the Lanvin for H&M video which we featured on our blog.  The designer look for less was fabulous if you are used to paying Lanvin prices.  However a few of you said “hey…that outfit is cute but still will cost me about $600 smackers“.
